Due to a problem with the mastering of the 3rd CD (Collector's Edition), the KING OF POP - THE FRENCH FANS' SELECTION CD is postponed.

The new release date for both editions is: DECEMBER 12, 2008.

November 20th, 2008: Jackson to attend London lawsuit

LONDON, England (AP) -- Michael Jackson's lawyer says the pop star has agreed to come to London to respond to an Arab sheikh's $7 million lawsuit.

Jackson had asked to testify by a video link from the United States because of an unspecified illness. But his lawyer Robert Englehart informed the court on Thursday that Jackson's doctors had cleared him to travel in two days' time.

Jackson is scheduled to testify on Monday.

Sheik Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa , the second son of the king of Bahrain, claims that Jackson reneged on a contract for an album, a candid autobiography and a stage play, after accepting millions in advances.Jackson says the money was a gift.

The case is being tried in London by mutual agreement, Al Khalifa's representatives have said. It is due to wrap up by the end of the month.

November 13th, 2008: Neverland & 'Sycamore Valley Ranch, LLC'

In response to several reports, Michael Jackson has not sold the Neverland ranch.

Neverland was transferred from Jackson to Sycamore Valley Ranch Company LLC. This new company is a joint venture between Michael Jackson and Colony Capital, Inc.

As the co-owner of Sycamore Valley Ranch, Michael Jackson still has relevant rights to the property and now has the possibility to develop a range of business and entertainment activities (hotels, amusement parcs, museums etc....).

Let's wait and see what Michael Jackson has in mind for this project...

KING OF POP - The French Edition arrives !...

... And fans will be happy to learn that the French CD set will include the now rare Original Version of Rock With You as included on the OFF THE WAL album original pressings.

This track can be found on the original Epic LP's and tapes and also on the rare Japanese [first] CD pressing of OFF THE WALL released in 1983.

Now, this rare version is back...On December 08.

He was at Off the Wall, the West Hollywood antique store that bears the same name as his 1979 album. An inside source tells E! News that the rarely seen star bought a Pan Am aluminum cast model airplane.

The source says Michael was looking around at other items but only purchased the plane. "It was a little difficult because people were pounding on doors and windows...so he was in and out pretty quick," an eyewitness tells E! News. "The paparazzi were in hot pursuit of him."

Despite the chaos going on outside, the source said Michael didn't seem worried. "He was great," says the source.

As Jackson was exiting the store, another eyewitness tells E! News that paparazzi and fans were everywhere. "He came out and shielded himself with an umbrella at first," says another eyewitness. "Once he got in his car, he cracked the window and reached out and started shaking people's hands."
